1. What Veylo is

Veylo is a cosmetic AI skin analysis service. You take a selfie, complete a short profile, and receive a personalized skin analysis with ingredient and product recommendations.

Not medical advice. Veylo does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a dermatologist for medical concerns.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Veylo.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. Pricing is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit photos that aren't of you or use the service to impersonate someone.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the analysis model.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Account & content

You own the photo you upload. By submitting, you grant Veylo a non-exclusive, time-limited license to process it for the sole purpose of generating your analysis. Photos are deleted within 24 hours.

7. Disclaimers

Veylo is provided "as is". Skin analyses are informational and reflect what computer vision observes in your photo — they are not clinical diagnoses. Results vary.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veylo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
