1. Eligibility

• Skin Analysis, Quarterly Bundle, Lifetime Pro: full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions (Progress Tracking) and Annual subscriptions: cancel anytime in your account; you keep access until the end of the billing period.

2. How to request

Visit veylo.beauty/account/refund and enter your email + order ID. Refunds process automatically and land in your account within 5–10 business days.

3. After 7 days

Refunds outside the 7-day window are reviewed case-by-case. Email refunds@veylo.beauty.

4. Chargebacks

Please use the refund flow above before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks before contacting us may result in account suspension and are handled directly by Polar.sh.
